At DXL projects we know how your home looks is important to you, it is also important to us, with this in mind all of our designs can be constructed with a selection of facades, whether you favour the time tested traditional styling, the more modern façade with multiple roof heights and raised portico’s or the ultra modern skillion with feature facade we are sure we can accomodate your ideas.

At DXL projects we are determined offer you that little extra when it comes to meeting your needs and budget, our homes are designed for the modern family lifestyle in mind however if you would like to change a plan to suit your requirements this is not a problem, we like to encourage our customers to bring there ideas to us where we are happy to bring them to reality in your home, please ask us if you would like any changes.

DXL Projects guarantee to you

When building your new home we know that certainty in the outcome is important to you, at DXL Projects we use exclusively Master Builders Fixed Price contracts, this guarantees to you that when we agree on a price and sign a contract you have peace of mind that the price will remain the same to the end of the house completion, you still have the freedom to chose to do an variation if you discover that there is some little change you would like to make, remember that it is much easier to change a plan than later when something different has been constructed, the contract is subject to conditions, these conditions we like to bring to your attention earlier rather than later, if you go to the toolbox page for a more defined explanation of these conditions.
