When building your new home we know that certainty in the outcome is important to you, at DXL Projects we use exclusively Master Builders Fixed Price contracts, this guarantees to you that when we agree on a price and sign a contract you have peace of mind that the price will remain the same to the end of the house completion, you still have the freedom to chose to do an variation if you discover that there is some little change you would like to make, remember that it is much easier to change a plan than later when something different has been constructed, the contract is subject to conditions, these conditions we like to bring to your attention earlier rather than later, if you go to the toolbox page for a more defined explanation of these conditions.
